𝗩𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟭: 𝗕𝗶𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻
Your Hypnobabies instructor covers the entire Birth Partner Guide, explaining in detail all the Birth Partner Tools, including what hypnosis techniques and tracks to use during each stage of birth, how to handle a Change of Plans and how to assist your Hypnobabies partner. We also go over a QR booklet article about cervical dilation and what to do if birthing waves slow down. At the end of this session, we watch the official Hypnobabies Class 5 video, with real birth footage!
𝗩𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟮: 𝗕𝗶𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗥𝗲𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻
In this session your instructor conducts a Hypnobabies Birthing Rehearsal, which you and your Birth Partner can participate in!
- Demonstrates various, effective birth positions
- Ways to use the birth ball and peanut ball
- Practice real-time birthing waves in the different stages of birthing, using your Hypnobabies hypnosis cues and techniques
- Your Birth Partner can read birth prompts along with your instructor as you practice different birthing positions during the practice pressure waves
- Practice using your Relax cue on the shoulder/forehead and the Peace cue during the practice waves
- It ends with you practicing “giving birth” using your Hypnobabies hypnosis cues, joyfully welcoming your “baby” with confidence!
𝗩𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝟯: 𝗛𝘆𝗽𝗻𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗕𝗶𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗩𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼𝘀 & 𝗙𝗔𝗤𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻:
You watch 5 Hypnobabies Class/Birth Videos and your instructor will pause them and talk about the cues, techniques and positions being used as well as any Birth Partner participation.
𝗕𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀: We include 6 videos on Prenatal and Pelvic Floor Health, including preventing Diastasis Recti, Exercise, Kegels, Perineal Massage and Postpartum Exercise!
Your instructor will then go over some of Hypnobabies’ most Frequently Asked Questions, and Answers. You are also invited to contact her by email with any remaining questions or concerns you may have.
