* This track can help if the body, mind and baby are ready for a little nudge.

IMPORTANT – READ BEFORE ORDERING:  Our Hypnobabies MP3 track files are much larger than a 4- minute song download, and we recommend to download them into a computer or cloud-based service such as DropBox or iCloud *first*, and then you can transfer them to a smaller device such as a tablet or smart phone. This is especially true for Apple/iOS products, which may simply *play* the tracks instead of actually saving them and lock you out of the download.

Please read the FULL product Description below *before ordering*, for more product details and safety information. Enjoy the testimonials from people who have used this track as well!

I understand that if I am purchasing an individual audio track or set of tracks, that Hypnobabies MP3 track files are too large to download directly into my phone or iPad, and I will need to download my MP3 files into my computer or a cloud-based service such as DropBox or iCloud first and then transfer them to a smaller device such as an iPad, smart phone or MP3 player.

New parent cuddling newborn babyTestimonials from happy listeners:

Marilyn M. ~ I wish I would have used my Come Out Baby track earlier. I kind of put it off and finally listened to it during the afternoon, the day before they were going to induce me…41&6…my pressure waves started that night and our baby girl arrived right at the perfect time about 30 hours later!!

Jess S. ~ My hypnobaby was born with a successful VBAC at 39+1 on 10/16/18! I listened to the come out baby track on Monday and was at the hospital later that day.

Taylor C. ~ Yes I bought it this Saturday when I was 40 +1! Listened Saturday and Sunday and my birthing time started about 30 mins after listening on Sunday!! My little hypnobaby was born Monday morning. 🙂

Corinne R. ~ I listened to it and baby was in my arms a little more than 24 hours later.

Summer L. ~ I listened at about 3PM, went to the rest room immediately after listening and my plug started coming out. Waves started at 1AM, baby born at 11PM the next day  🙂

Veronica Q. ~ I listened to it at 1:30pm, fell asleep after, and my birthing time began when I woke up at 4:30pm. 3 hours later our beautiful boy arrived  🙂

Sarah K. ~ Yes! I listened to it. Went into birthing time next day, had the baby the following morning.

Cynthia P. ~ Use Hypnobabies’ Come Out Baby!! It worked for me on Week 40. I had 3 pressure waves during the track and the waves started being consistent every 5 minutes after the track ended.

Cali B. ~ My water broke (and my birthing time started at 39+0 weeks) WHILE I was listening to Come Out Baby for the very first time! One of my favorite stories! I think there’s probably some truth in there that I felt comfortable listening to it for the first time because I instinctively felt that my birthing time was approaching, but it was still a pretty powerful experience to have my water break while I was listening.

Tiffany S. ~ I listened to Come Out Baby with baby number 4. I purchased and listened a few times at 40 weeks and 5 days. Then that night pressure waves began I had him at 41 weeks.

Sierra S. ~ I did. I listened twice before my birthing time started (first the night before and lost my mucus plug in the morning, second that afternoon and birthing time started right after I finished the track!) It’s important to keep in mind that the track will not work to bring baby out if your body and baby are not ready…which is a good thing!! I also remember it helping ME get rid of any last fears that may have been keeping baby in.

Julie B. ~ Yes! I listened to it on a Thursday night and even felt like I fell asleep listening to it, so wasn’t sure it would help. The next day at 11:37pm I had our beautiful baby girl! She really responded very well to all the tracks I did including the turn baby one for breech turning and strengthening pressure waves track!

Dawn K. ~  I used it at 41.1 and baby came next morning. I was also not dilated or effaced 2 days prior.

Kim B. ~ I listened to come out baby for 2 nights at 39+4 weeks and went into birthing time the next night.

Veronica Q. ~ I listened to it at 1:30pm, fell asleep after, and my birthing time began when I woke up at 4:30pm. 3 hours later our beautiful boy arrived.

Kimberly M. ~ I listened to Come Out Baby at midnight and I just woke up to my water breaking at 2am!

Jessica D. ~ I’ve used it twice. Both times was in my birthing time in less than 24 hours.

Katie O. ~ First baby was 13 days past the guess date, second was 15 days past the guess date, both with extra help from my midwives. My mother’s births were similar, so I told myself it was just in my blood to be that way. Then I watched my sister who always positively said she wasn’t going to go past a certain date and she always had her babies before that date, it was inspiring to me. For my third birth I bought the come out baby  track and listened to it the next day, less than 24 hours after listening to it my birthing time (labor) started on its own with no help from my midwives! It was amazing and my favorite birthing experience so far!

Abby R. ~ I used it and found it very helpful- it has a nice fear clearing element to it as well. My baby was born the next morning!

Sheree P. ~ Worked for me!!! Turned my baby into the right position and she arrived the next day.

Jennifer L. ~ I listened to it one time at 40+1 and my birthing time started later that day. I had been having inconsistent waves for over a week and had finally lost my mucous plug the morning I listened to the track, but still no consistent waves. Took a long walk and that still didn’t get things going. Then I listened to the Come out Baby track and got this REALLY intense wave so I knew it was starting, and my baby girl was born 9 hours later!!

Mariah M. ~ I second the come out baby track. With my hypnobaby I was due in a week that turned out to be really bad scheduling wise for my older child’s babysitter, my doula, my husbands father (he had a last minute surgery scheduled) and my mother. There was one day that week that was good and so I spent the afternoon and evening walking the neighborhood (and pushing our older one in a stroller). That did nothing but bring on pressure waves for a few hours. So I went to my room and turned down the lights and listened to my Hypnobabies visualization track and my come out baby track. I felt pressure waves for a while and then they went away so I figured it didn’t work. I went to bed and just a few hours later my water broke while I was sleeping (exactly like I had visualized before when I imagined what time/how I would give birth) and my birthing started for real!

Chelsea M. ~ (certified Hypnobabies Instructor) One of my students ordered Come Out Baby on a Friday, she started her birthing time on Saturday night. Later I asked her how she liked the track and she told me “I don’t know… I only got to listen to it once on Saturday morning and then my baby was born!”

Bethany C. ~ I listened to it during the day and my water broke that night and baby was born less than 24 hours after listening.

Amanda G. ~ I need to rave about this Hypnobabies track, Come Out Baby! I am currently 38.6 with baby number 3, we are overseas in Italy and chose to have a home birth (first two were midwife dim lighted Hypnobabies beautiful hospital births) because the care here on base is really not for us. I’ve been having some doubts and fears, lack of confidence the last couple of weeks and my fear clearing track was not cutting it. I have some issues with control and I’m naturally a “fighter” so being at home with literally anything I want and total control of everything/hands off approach scares me a bit. Anyway, I bought the “come out baby” track about an hour ago, just finished it and not only is it now my absolute FAVORITE HB track, but I literally feel so so so good right now and so confident. I highly recommend purchasing this track if you’re nearing the end, having anxiety, fears, control issues or lack of confidence!!

Jamie W. ~ I used it when I was induced for medical reasons with my first baby. They placed a cervical ripener that was supposed to stay in all night with the plan to start Pitocin the next morning. I listened to “Come Out, Baby” 2-3 times that night (I fell asleep) and when I woke up around 2 AM, I was having regular pressure waves. My son was born 7 1/2 hours later, and they never had to start Pitocin. And this was with me starting at zero dilation or effacement. It’s a really powerful track, but like any other induction methods, will only kick in if mom and baby are ready.

Randi D. ~ Have used it twice, both times I was in my birthing time (labor) in less than 24 hours.

Susan M. ~ (certified Hypnobabies Instructor) ~ I have had several of my students use it to encourage their baby out before resorting to a medically necessary induction. My favorite was a couple having their first baby who discovered that their baby needed to be born in the next couple days or they’d have to birth in the hospital instead of the birth center they preferred. The Birth Partner contacted me at work and asked if I had a copy of the track on CD. He stopped by after work to get it from me around 5:30 pm. I got a call from them around 11 that night to tell me that their birthing started within minutes of listening to the script and had already been born! FWIW, we all want our babies to be born when they’re *ready* to be born, so if listening to the track doesn’t encourage a baby to come out right away, that just means it’s not time yet.

Camille K. ~ I had an induction scheduled for a Monday and bought and listened to my come out baby track that Sunday morning. I was having real progressing birthing waves by that afternoon and she was born on her “guess date” the following day!

Grace P. ~ For those Mamas on the fence about the “Come Out Baby” track…I listened to the track at 40+4 and my water broke about 5 minutes after I got myself out of hypnosis! Baby was here 10 hours later!

Jessie H. ~ I did the Hypnobabies home study for the second time with this pregnancy. I listened to “Come Out Baby!” Thursday night, early signs of birthing time began Friday morning, pressure waves began Friday night, and my sweet Hypnobaby M. was born yesterday! So thankful for a peaceful, beautiful birth and this perfect baby!!

Crystle C. ~ My little guy came out at 39 weeks, only 12 hours after listening to “Come Out Baby!?

Maryann S. ~ I downloaded this track while I was having some inconsistent contractions. I listened to it throughout the day and contractions picked up. About 9 hours after I downloaded the track, I got to the hospital 7cm dilated and had my baby the next morning!

Kate V. ~ I listened to Come Out Baby on and started my birthing time (labor) that night.

Tessa S. ~ Listened starting at maybe 39+6 and birth day was 40+2. I feel it really helped me relax and mentally allow for birth to begin if it was time (which it was!)

Steph R. ~ I listened to this track twice at 41+3 days and baby dropped and labor started 24hrs later … I so enjoyed listening to it!!! Great track.

Megan K. ~ I played this track Sunday the 12th, baby was born Monday morning on the 13th. Our little man was here in 3 short hours and three pushes too!!

Marley S. ~ I just purchased the track today and listened to it one time so far. It’s a very lovely track and made me feel great about my baby coming!

Sherri S. ~ Come out baby track helped me, it has such great hypnosis suggestions and directions for my body to relax, release and open easily when it is safe for baby to be born! I listened to it for 2 days and my daughter came quickly and beautifully.

Compliance status

We firmly believe that the internet should be available and accessible to anyone, and are committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of circumstance and ability.

To fulfill this, we aim to adhere as strictly as possible to the World Wide Web Consortium’s (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG 2.1) at the AA level. These guidelines explain how to make web content accessible to people with a wide array of disabilities. Complying with those guidelines helps us ensure that the website is accessible to all people: blind people, people with motor impairments, visual impairment, cognitive disabilities, and more.

This website utilizes various technologies that are meant to make it as accessible as possible at all times. We utilize an accessibility interface that allows persons with specific disabilities to adjust the website’s UI (user interface) and design it to their personal needs.

Additionally, the website utilizes an AI-based application that runs in the background and optimizes its accessibility level constantly. This application remediates the website’s HTML, adapts Its functionality and behavior for screen-readers used by the blind users, and for keyboard functions used by individuals with motor impairments.

If you’ve found a malfunction or have ideas for improvement, we’ll be happy to hear from you. You can reach out to the website’s operators by using the following email

Screen-reader and keyboard navigation

Our website implements the ARIA attributes (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) technique, alongside various different behavioral changes, to ensure blind users visiting with screen-readers are able to read, comprehend, and enjoy the website’s functions. As soon as a user with a screen-reader enters your site, they immediately receive a prompt to enter the Screen-Reader Profile so they can browse and operate your site effectively. Here’s how our website covers some of the most important screen-reader requirements, alongside console screenshots of code examples:

  1. Screen-reader optimization: we run a background process that learns the website’s components from top to bottom, to ensure ongoing compliance even when updating the website. In this process, we provide screen-readers with meaningful data using the ARIA set of attributes. For example, we provide accurate form labels; descriptions for actionable icons (social media icons, search icons, cart icons, etc.); validation guidance for form inputs; element roles such as buttons, menus, modal dialogues (popups), and others. Additionally, the background process scans all of the website’s images and provides an accurate and meaningful image-object-recognition-based description as an ALT (alternate text) tag for images that are not described. It will also extract texts that are embedded within the image, using an OCR (optical character recognition) technology. To turn on screen-reader adjustments at any time, users need only to press the Alt+1 keyboard combination. Screen-reader users also get automatic announcements to turn the Screen-reader mode on as soon as they enter the website.

These adjustments are compatible with all popular screen readers, including JAWS and NVDA.

  2. Keyboard navigation optimization: The background process also adjusts the website’s HTML, and adds various behaviors using JavaScript code to make the website operable by the keyboard. This includes the ability to navigate the website using the Tab and Shift+Tab keys, operate dropdowns with the arrow keys, close them with Esc, trigger buttons and links using the Enter key, navigate between radio and checkbox elements using the arrow keys, and fill them in with the Spacebar or Enter key.Additionally, keyboard users will find quick-navigation and content-skip menus, available at any time by clicking Alt+1, or as the first elements of the site while navigating with the keyboard. The background process also handles triggered popups by moving the keyboard focus towards them as soon as they appear, and not allow the focus drift outside of it.

Users can also use shortcuts such as “M” (menus), “H” (headings), “F” (forms), “B” (buttons), and “G” (graphics) to jump to specific elements.

Disability profiles supported in our website

  • Epilepsy Safe Mode: this profile enables people with epilepsy to use the website safely by eliminating the risk of seizures that result from flashing or blinking animations and risky color combinations.

  • ADHD Friendly Mode: this mode helps users with ADHD and Neurodevelopmental disorders to read, browse, and focus on the main website elements more easily while significantly reducing distractions.
  • Blindness Mode: this mode configures the website to be compatible with screen-readers such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack. A screen-reader is software for blind users that is installed on a computer and smartphone, and websites must be compatible with it.

  2. Color adjustments – users can select various color contrast profiles such as light, dark, inverted, and monochrome. Additionally, users can swap color schemes of titles, texts, and backgrounds, with over 7 different coloring options.
  3. Animations – epileptic users can stop all running animations with the click of a button. Animations controlled by the interface include videos, GIFs, and CSS flashing transitions.
  4. Content highlighting – users can choose to emphasize important elements such as links and titles. They can also choose to highlight focused or hovered elements only.
  5. Audio muting – users with hearing devices may experience headaches or other issues due to automatic audio playing. This option lets users mute the entire website instantly.
  6. Cognitive disorders – we utilize a search engine that is linked to Wikipedia and Wiktionary, allowing people with cognitive disorders to decipher meanings of phrases, initials, slang, and others.
  7. Additional functions – we provide users the option to change cursor color and size, use a printing mode, enable a virtual keyboard, and many other functions.

Browser and assistive technology compatibility

We aim to support the widest array of browsers and assistive technologies as possible, so our users can choose the best fitting tools for them, with as few limitations as possible. Therefore, we have worked very hard to be able to support all major systems that comprise over 95% of the user market share including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Opera and Microsoft Edge, JAWS and NVDA (screen readers), both for Windows and for MAC users.

Notes, comments, and feedback

Despite our very best efforts to allow anybody to adjust the website to their needs, there may still be pages or sections that are not fully accessible, are in the process of becoming accessible, or are lacking an adequate technological solution to make them accessible. Still, we are continually improving our accessibility, adding, updating and improving its options and features, and developing and adopting new technologies.
